As TD Bank built its employer brand, it focused on all of the things it executes as an organization –culture, leaders and customer experience. While TD Bank experienced success, it also realized some deep challenges that impacted colleagues' ability to feel successful in their roles.

The team identified what those were and brought together a group of leaders on a council to help prioritize and advise on the employee experience strategy. The council also determined what needed to happen in the future to ensure TD Bank would remain a great place to work.
